Dareen Fuqaha — Amman, Jordan

Performance Marketing Expert & Digital Marketing Consultant — Amman, Jordan

Hi, I'm Dareen, a performance marketer based in Amman, running Google Ads and Meta campaigns for B2B and B2C brands across Jordan and the wider Gulf. I spend as much time on the reporting and lead systems behind the results as I do on the ads.

Real results across Jordan, the UAE, KSA & Qatar

16× return on ad spend
4,500+ leads generated / year
$45K annual ad spend managed
4+ years across MENA

TL;DR: I'm a performance marketing expert based in Amman, Jordan. I run Google Ads and Meta Ads for B2B and B2C brands across Jordan, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. 16x ROAS and about 4,500 leads generated a year, plus the CRM and reporting systems that make those numbers trustworthy.

I build the systems behind the numbers (automated reporting, lead scoring, CRM pipelines) so that growth doesn't rely on guesswork.

Skilled in building marketing automation systems, CRM operations, lead management, and real‑time performance reporting across Google Ads and Meta. Trilingual in Arabic, English, and German. AI literate, tech savvy, and comfortable moving between strategy, creative, and data.

Performance marketing services for brands in Amman & across Jordan

The work usually breaks down into five parts. Here's what each one actually involves:

01

Google Ads Management

Search, Display and RSA campaigns built around what people in Jordan and the Gulf are actually typing into Google, not a copy-pasted template. Account audits, keyword architecture, and the negative-keyword cleanup most retainers skip. See the full Google Ads service page →

02

Meta Ads Management

Facebook and Instagram campaigns for B2B and B2C brands, with creative testing and audience segmentation across Jordan, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. See the full Meta Ads service page →

03

SEO & SEM

Technical SEO and search content paired with paid search, so your organic rankings and your ad spend aren't quietly competing for the same keywords. See the full SEO service page → and the GEO & AI SEO page →

04

Lead Generation & CRM Automation

Lead scoring models, Odoo CRM integration, and nurture sequences that route the right leads to sales, instead of one inbox getting every form-fill, hot or cold.

05

Marketing Strategy & GTM Planning

ICPs, competitor research and go-to-market plans, mainly for B2B SaaS teams launching into a new market or a new service tier.

More specialized SEO: Enterprise SEO, Ecommerce SEO, B2B SEO, YouTube SEO. Strategy: Content Strategy, Digital Marketing Consulting (advisory only, no execution).

Who I work with: B2B & B2C brands in Amman, Jordan & the GCC

Most of my clients fall into one of three groups: B2B SaaS companies in Amman and the wider Gulf that need a real go-to-market plan instead of just "more ads," consumer and retail brands running seasonal or launch campaigns across Jordan and the GCC, and a handful of public-facing brands and founders who'd rather have one person handle paid media than a committee.

If that sounds like you (whether you're based in Amman or running a Jordan-based team remotely from Dubai or Riyadh), that's the kind of work I take on.

A digital marketing expert, not a digital marketing agency

Most digital marketing agencies in Amman put an account manager between you and whoever's actually running your campaigns. Work with me and that layer disappears: you're talking directly to the person who built the account, wrote the ad copy, and reads the GA4 numbers every week.

That usually means faster decisions and a lot fewer "let me check with the team" emails. It also tends to cost less, since you're not funding someone else's account manager and office overhead, just the marketing itself.

An agency can still be the right call. If you need a full bench of designers, copywriters and strategists under one roof, that's a real reason to hire one. It just isn't what most of my clients actually needed.

Case study: digital marketing results for a Jordan-based brand

Not every result comes from a big regional budget. At Manaseer Group in Amman, I led a 360° marketing campaign for "Shield Manaseer" on a 16,000 JOD budget (modest by regional standards) and it reached 4 million impressions with a 51% engagement rate. Alongside that, I ran market research and campaign planning for the "Genesis" car brand across the wider MENA region.

16,000 JOD budget 4M impressions 51% engagement rate

It's the project I point to most often when a Jordan-based business asks what's realistic on a local budget, rather than a GCC-sized one.

Bilingual marketing expertise for Amman & Jordan's business market

Jordan's market runs on both Arabic and English, sometimes in the same ad set. I studied German and English for Business and Communication, I'm a native Arabic speaker, and I write and test campaigns in both languages rather than translating one and hoping it lands.

That matters more than it sounds: a Google Ads account built for Amman needs Arabic keyword research, not just an English list with local city names bolted on. It's one of the more overlooked reasons campaigns underperform for Jordan-based brands working with agencies that only think in English.

Straight answers to what people usually ask before hiring a performance marketer in Jordan.

What does a performance marketing expert in Amman actually do?

+

I plan, run and optimize paid campaigns, mainly Google Ads and Meta Ads, and connect them to the systems that turn clicks into real pipeline: lead scoring, CRM automation and reporting. For a B2B SaaS client in Jordan, that's meant managing a 25-campaign Google Ads account with 90+ keywords; for consumer brands, it's usually Meta-led with heavier creative testing.

Should I hire a digital marketing agency or a freelance expert in Jordan?

+

It depends on your budget and how hands-on you want the work to be. Agencies make sense if you need a full bench of designers, copywriters and a dedicated strategist under one roof. A freelance expert makes sense if you want direct access to the person running your account, faster turnaround and a lower monthly cost. Most of my clients tried an agency first and wanted more direct control the second time around.

How much do digital marketing services cost in Jordan?

+

Costs vary a lot depending on ad spend and scope. As a rough guide, monthly retainers for hands-on Google Ads or Meta Ads management in Jordan tend to fall somewhere between a few hundred and a couple of thousand JOD, on top of the ad spend itself. I quote based on account complexity and markets involved rather than a flat rate.

What results can I expect from performance marketing in Jordan and the GCC?

+

Results depend heavily on the market and the offer, but as a benchmark: on a $45K annual budget across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, I've driven 16x return on ad spend and generated over 4,500 leads a year at roughly $8 per lead, against an industry benchmark closer to $22–$35.

Google Ads or Meta Ads: which works better for lead generation in Jordan?

+

Google Ads tends to win for high-intent, B2B and service-based searches, since people are actively looking for a solution. Meta Ads tends to win for consumer brands and anything that benefits from visual storytelling. Most accounts I run use both, split by funnel stage: Google for capturing demand, Meta for creating it.

Do you work with businesses outside Amman, like in the UAE, Saudi Arabia or Qatar?

+

Yes. Most of my current campaign work already runs across Jordan, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar for the same clients, since a lot of MENA-based B2B and B2C brands sell across more than one of those markets at once.

What industries do you specialize in?

+

Mainly B2B SaaS, professional services and consumer retail brands. I've also worked on FMCG, automotive and public-figure marketing, so the systems side (lead scoring, CRM, reporting) tends to transfer well outside those core industries too.

What's the difference between performance marketing and traditional digital marketing?

+

Traditional digital marketing usually covers everything: social media, content, branding, sometimes the website. Performance marketing is narrower and more accountable: the paid, trackable channels like Google Ads and Meta Ads where you can tie spend directly to a lead or a sale. I focus on the performance side, though a lot of the supporting work overlaps with traditional digital marketing anyway.
